This bungalow was built for a small family of three members. There is one master bedroom for the couple, one room for their child and another room that serves as the guest room. Its simplicity makes the construction easier and cheaper.  The family wanted it to be finished as soon as possible, so, they just designed it simple and cozy.  If there will be renovations or enhancements, they can just incorporate them easily because the floor plan is ready for it.
